We roast in Waterloo’s old Wonder Bread bakery and serve it at six cafes in Cedar Falls and Waterloo.
Started downtown Cedar Falls, November 2012. In 2017 the roaster moved to the renovated, LEED-certified Wonder Bread bakery at Grand Crossing. About 35-40 people roast, bake, and pour.
